Description:
Responsible for day to day operations, training of all floor staff with essential skills, guest relations, wine suggestions, promotions within the restaurant, and maintaining and updating clients and reservations systems.
- Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
- Maintain that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Approving work hours.
- Ensure great customer service at all levels.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in a managerial position in fine dining restaurants
– Hands- on experience in managing staff from different cultures
– Fluent in English skills (written and oral)
-Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
