Q. How do you select the candidate profiles that you’ll send us?

A. After you purchase a recruitment package our representative will arrange a call with your organisation. Here we’ll go over your role(s) in fine detail to understand more about the talents you’re seeking. Based on this information our team of experienced Hospitality recruiters will reach out to candidates via multiple channels. These include, but are not limited to our vast database of over 100,000 talents in F&B / Hospitality in the region. We’ll then select the candidates that most closely fit your criteria, sending through their profiles for your review.

Q. What happens if we have unused Matching Talent Interviews remaining after we have selected the right candidate for a role?

A. Don’t worry, in the event you select a candidate to employ before you have used up all 10 of your Matching Talent Interviews you’ll be able to carry the remaining Talent Interviews over to a new role that you’d like to search candidates for at any time within 12 months from date of purchase.

Q. Can we open multiple roles with the Advantage Recruitment package?

A. Yes, absolutely! You can either open multiple junior roles, classified as those with a monthly salary below HKD 35000 (approximately USD 4460 depending on exchange rate), or alternatively one senior role classified as those with a monthly salary at HKD 35000 (approximately USD 4460) or above.

A. We’ll be sending through pre-vetted talent profiles. You’ll then be able to let us know which candidates you wish to interview. So interviews are calculated from your side, as you’ll let us know who you would like to interview. We will keep you up to date on how many interviews you have used throught the process.

A. We’ll keep sending you profiles until you have selected 10 Matching Talent Interviews.

Q. How long will it take to receive the first candidates?

A. We almost always secure interviews for candidates with the first 2-7 days. We are relentless in our searches & totally focused on making sure you’re blown away by our service.

Q. Do we need to pay any more after purchasing a package?

A. No, we keep it simple. We’ll keep sending you pre-vetted candidate profiles for your selected roles. You’ll be able to select up to 10 candidates for interviews. And once you’ve selected the candidate that you’ll be employing there’s nothing else to pay.
