Surefire Way To Get Your CV To The Top!
I was talking to a friend yesterday about her job search, and she was agonizing over fitting keywords into her resume and wanted my advice. I said “remember to put the job description in tiny white text at the bottom!” and she was astounded and had never heard that.
So, job seekers, in case no one has told you this: Always put the job description in tiny tiny white text at the bottom of your CV so the CV scanner software picks you up as a 100% match but it’s imperceptible to the human eye.
