Description:
– In charge of daily operations of the restaurant
– Able to maintain close positive engagement with direct subordinates
– Responsible for training of all floor staff with essential skills, guest relations, promotions within the restaurant, and maintaining and updating guest and reservations systems.
Requirements:
– At least 5 years relevant experience in a managerial position in fine dining restaurants
– Must have experience of working for International brands
– Proven high level of creativity and organizational skills in restaurant supervision
– Experience in China is a plus
– Good command in English and Chinese
– Execellent communication and interpersonal skills
