Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head Chef to maintain smooth operations of the kitchen
• Able to run a section with minimal supervision
• To ensure quality control, ordering, and menu development
• Responsible for the development of weekly pastry specials

Requirement: 

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in large capacity dining restaurant
• Solid skills & knowledge of culinary techniques, specialized in a wide range of pastry skills
• Proven track record in a similar pastry team
• With experience in handling food ordering
