Responsibilities:
- Chef directly report to the Japanese Executive Chef
- Work with Executive Chef to ensure the highest quality Omakase dishes in S.E. Asia
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Omakase / Sushi Chef related experience in upscale Japanese fine dining restaurants / top hospitality companies
- Proficient in Omakase / Sushi
- Great people skills
- Good English communication
