Pastry Chef
- Work with the Head Chef to maintain smooth operations of the kitchen
- Able to run a section with minimal supervision
- To ensure quality control, ordering, and menu development
- Responsible for the development of weekly pastry specials
Requirement:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in large capacity dining restaurant
- Solid skills & knowledge of culinary techniques, specialized in a wide range of pastry skills
- Proven track record in a similar pastry team
- With experience in handling food ordering
