Operations & Administration Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead all administration related tasks supporting the RGM
- Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the Mission of the company: To deliver extraordinary memorable experiences.
- As the Operations & Administration Manager, the three key points of focus are Systems, Administration and Data
- Below is the breakdown of activities and responsibilities you will be accountable for
- Operational Activities & Responsibilities: Work with the RGM Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs and followed and completed on a timely basis.
- Human Resource Activities & Responsibilities: Provide HR administration support to the RGM on all HR matters, including but not limited to Recruitment, Contracts, Payroll, Onboarding and Offboarding
- Financial Activities & Responsibilities: Monitor and report sales as per monthly forecasts and all the cost of goods sales
- Marketing Activities & Responsibilities: Assist to post a portion of content of Social media (IG stories to be specific) in special events
