  • This Indian Head Chef role is a project by a top hospitality company in the Persian Gulf Region
  • Responsible for the overall kitchen operations in a new vibrant Indian restaurant.
  • Develop and create an exciting and modern new menu
  • Maximizing the productivity of the team to collectively deliver quality food consistently and efficiently.
  • Ensure high standards and quality of food production.
  • Maintain highest levels of hygiene at all times.

Culinary Credentials:

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience at leadership level, specializes in modern Indian Cuisine
  • GCC experience is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in English
