Cluster Training Manager (5-star Hospitality Company)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Human Resources Manager
• Responsible for designing, implementing and managing all training programms
• Implementation and maintenance of a sound and effective personnel
  training policies and procedures
• Ensuring the accountability for the training policies
• Recommending and developing action plans for continual process/ enhancements
• Provide leadership, training, and careers guidance to the staff members of the company

  Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in Hospitality Training (including Fine Dining
  Environment)
• With working experience in 5-star hospitality companies or fine dining restaurants
• Clear and precise communicator: both oral and written
• Excellent Presentation/IT skills
• With current/ previous work experience in Food and Beverage Operations
