Seeking Operations Director (Multi-store Retail / F&B Operations)
Operations Director Description:
– Operations Director reporting directly to COO
– Ensure that the business is operated to the highest standards in line with the mission statement and values
– To assure operations comply with food safety procedures
– Represent the company in community involvement, promotional, social and seasonal events
– Reviewing sales reports for maximizing the sales and meeting profit and financial expectations
– To encourage the Catering Manager and Operations Manager to solicit new and develop existing accounts in order to meet/ exceed revenue goals
– Analysing business aspects in various departments and seek opportunities for growth
– To maintain a healthy and positive work atmosphere by treating individuals from all backgrounds with professionalism, respect and sensitivity towards their individual cultures and heritages
– Experience in managing high sales volume, multi-store retail/ F&B operations, development and operations
– Post-secondary education (e.g. a bachelor’s degree or college diploma in the following: hotel management, logistics, supply chain management, operations management)
– Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, MIS, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology
– Good communication skills in Arabic and English – spoken and written
– Willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction
– Possess the ability to adapt to varying cultures, work ethics and practices
– Be self-motivated and able to develop a result-orientated environment
– Attention to Detail
– Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Controls
