Sushi Chef Job Summary:
- This role daily reports directly to the Executive Chef who looks after 2 restaurants.
- He/she can be able to keep up with the volume of guests in the restaurant.
- Has to experience in a reputable and modern Japanese restaurant.
- Ensure to adapt quickly to a large restaurant.
Requirements:
- Experience of 2-3 years as a Sushi Chef in a reputable Japanese Restaurant.
- Preferably with HKID
