•  Ensure and prepare compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation and guidelines
•  Promote and market the business within the guidelines of the restaurant and local policies
• Oversee stock levels and ordering of supplies and inventories
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints, greeting and advising and making team members all follow SOPs
• Making improvements to the running of the business and development of the restaurant
• Cross-sell products and introduce new items
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Must be able to handle the cashier CRM system and maintain an accurate daily cash balance.
• Responsible for adherence and to the local guidelines for healthy and safe operations of the Pizzeria.
• Able to perform and effectively and professionally under stressful conditions and should be comfortable working in front of customers and in accordance with the guidelines and SOPs.
• Management of delivery apps and related accounts.
• Presentable and well rounded in terms of experience, with a minimum of 2-3-years’ experience with reputable chains.
• Ability to perform duties and without supervision, including the “A to Z” running of restaurant and management.
• Knowledge of the Arabic Language is required, and with English being a strong plus because of the customers and employees
• Reliability and professionalism, and speed but with Organizational Skills and Communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and  in a hectic work environment
