Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect Designer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect Designer to join a prestigious team at one of the Royal Palaces.
Ideal candidate will possess strong architectural design expertise and a proven track record in creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. The role requires a deep understanding of both aesthetic and practical elements, ensuring that designs not only enhance the visual appeal but also meet the specific requirements of the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Develop innovative landscape designs that blend aesthetics with functionality, ensuring alignment with the Palaces vision and site conditions.
- Project Management: Lead and manage landscape projects from concept to completion, coordinating with other professionals to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Engagement: Work closely with high-profile project stake holders to understand the needs and deliver bespoke landscape solutions.
- Site Analysis: Conduct thorough site analysis to inform design decisions, considering factors such as climate, soil, vegetation, and sustainability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local regulations and standards, particularly within the GCC region.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate landscape design seamlessly with overall project plans.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with significant experience in the GCC region.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
- Client Relations: Prior experience working with high-profile clients, particularly royal families or similar VIP clientele, is highly preferred.
- Cultural Understanding: Deep understanding of cultural and environmental factors in the GCC region.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
