Sous Chef Pastry Section Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent quality and standard of plated desserts in the restaurant.
- Ensure smooth daily pastry production.
- Monitor the hygiene protocol and sanitation of the kitchen and related areas.
- Ensure adherence to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards of the organization.
Requirements:
- Qualified in pastry, plated desserts, food handling, and food hygiene certification highly preferred.
- Must possess great attention to detail and be a natural creative.
- Service-oriented, highly presentable to customers.
- Must be a team player, a strong communicator, and able to supervise junior team members.
- GCC experience is a plus.
