Sous Chef Pastry Section Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent quality and standard of plated desserts in the restaurant.
  • Ensure smooth daily pastry production.
  • Monitor the hygiene protocol and sanitation of the kitchen and related areas.
  • Ensure adherence to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Qualified in pastry, plated desserts, food handling, and food hygiene certification highly preferred.
  • Must possess great attention to detail and be a natural creative.
  • Service-oriented, highly presentable to customers.
  • Must be a team player, a strong communicator, and able to supervise junior team members.
  • GCC experience is a plus.
