Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee business operations, with a specific focus on cloud kitchen development, branch network expansion, and project management. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving operational efficiency and ensuring smooth execution across all projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills, ensuring operational excellence and supporting business growth. A PMP certification is highly desirable to implement structured project execution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Kitchen Development and Network Expansion:

  • Lead the planning and execution of cloud kitchen development projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets. This drives project efficiency and cost management.
  • Identify and analyze strategic locations for new branches, considering market demand, operational feasibility, and ROI. These insights guide optimal site selection.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to launch new branches, set up infrastructure, and ensure smooth operational handovers. This ensures seamless transitions and operational readiness.
  • Develop SOPs for new branches to ensure operational consistency and quality standards. These procedures help maintain high operational standards.

2. Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across existing cloud kitchens, branches, or facilities. This ensures smooth operations and maintains high performance across all locations.
  • Streamline workflows, processes, and delivery operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. By optimizing these areas, we improve productivity and reduce operational expenses.
  • Monitor KPIs, including order fulfillment times, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics. This helps identify performance trends and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. This maintains a high level of quality and ensures adherence to industry regulations.

3. Project Management:

  • Utilize PMP-certified methodologies to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear timelines, budgets, and deliverables. This approach guarantees efficient project execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute project plans for expansion, renovations, or system implementations. By doing so, we lay a solid foundation for successful project outcomes.
  • Track project milestones, manage risks, and address bottlenecks proactively. This allows us to stay on track and resolve issues before they impact progress.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for senior leadership. These reports ensure transparency and keep leadership informed of project developments.

4. Financial Oversight:

  • Monitor budgets and optimize operational costs while driving profitability. In doing so, you’ll ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize financial performance.
  • Analyze financial reports and forecast resource requirements for expansion projects. These analyses will support strategic decision-making and future planning.
  • Implement strategies to reduce waste, improve productivity, and control expenses. This approach will drive operational efficiency and enhance overall profitability.

5. Team Leadership and Training:

  • Hire, train, and mentor teams to manage new and existing cloud kitchens or branches. This will build a strong foundation for operational success and growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work culture across all locations. By doing so, we ensure alignment with company goals and motivate staff to excel.
  • Ensure staff adhere to operational standards and customer service excellence. This guarantees consistent quality and enhances customer satisfaction across all locations.

6. Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee quality control measures to maintain consistent food production and customer satisfaction. This ensures that every product meets the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of cloud kitchens and branches to ensure compliance with company and legal standards. By doing so, we maintain operational integrity and mitigate risks.
  • Respond to customer feedback and implement corrective measures for improvement. This proactive approach allows us to continuously enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is required or preferred.
  • Proven experience in cloud kitchen development, branch network expansion, or multi-site operations.
  • At least 5+ years in an operations management role, ideally in the food service, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
