Job Title: Marketing Executive (Retail & Hospitality)
The Marketing Executive role requires a proactive and organised person with a creative mind and can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach are essential to the role.

Marketing Manager
Key interfaces:
The role holder will interact with multiple parties across the company including the company’s management, and other business leaders. In addition to supplying administrative report, the role holder will liaise regularly with the central functions and businesses, such as Commercial Finance, Marketing, Hospitality and Retail and our leadership team in Asia Pacific.
Key Accountabilities:

Support marketing campaigns, product launches, commercial initiatives, and hospitality activities to increase footfall to the company’s stores and outlets.
- Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, commercial activities, and hospitality initiatives through internal communication, graphic support, event coordination, cross-functional and supplier liaison, and briefing development.
- Align the retail and hospitality marketing calendar with the overall plan, covering product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring all retail activities are scheduled.
- Management, ordering & delivery of POS and wayfinding across all retail and hospitality outlets ensuring procedures are followed and brand guidelines are met, work to deliver efficiencies within all processes and be the main point of contact for internal teams and printers
- Work closely with the Artworker to deliver all retail and hospitality creative; write clear graphic briefings for the art worker and work closely with buying and retail to deliver requests
- Support marketing events and projects showing project management skills and demonstrating initiative
- Copywrite where required for POS, brand creatives and event descriptions.
- Develop strong working relationships with all cross-functional and agency teams, including PR and Creative agencies, digital and marketing teams, retail, warehouses, buying teams, hospitality and finance
- Consistent research of marketplace, key competitors, innovation and consumer behaviour

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Be really resilient and be able to manage up
- Excellent diary management able to ensure Managers attend meetings on time
- Robust experience of the CRM systems and processes and reporting mechanisms to enable a function that is growing and maturing at a speed
- Digitally savvy
- An ability to challenge, build credibility with a wide range of audiences and work with integrity/confidentiality at all times
