Korean Restaurant General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the managerial duties in the restaurant
- Manage and oversee entire restaurant operations
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
- Plan and develop promotional and marketing campaigns
- Supervise and train staff members
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Introduction of dishes to customers
- Communicate with the customers/listen to customers’ complaints and respond accordingly
- Ensure efficient and effective work flow
