General Manager Key Responsibilities:
– The role provides strategic leadership to the respective units within the organization to maintain client satisfaction and retention
– To grow the business, brand awareness, weekly activations, and agreed commercial targets.
– Develop and integrate staffing programs designed to attract the highest caliber of talents who satisfy the needs of clients. Drive the quality of the overall delivery of the F&B Service to guests.
– Set comprehensive goals for the performance and growth of the management team at each unit.
– Ensure all program initiatives align with the company’s core values and culture
– Monitor operations by planned and unplanned visits to each operating venue.
– Ensure Company’s Policies and SOPs are adhered to across all units
– Compliance with all health and safety regulations and the implementation of risk assessment procedures.
– Review and analyze financial statements, data to ensure budgets are achieved.
REQUIREMENTS
– F&B operating Experience at the Senior Management level
– Proven experience as Multi-site GM or relevant role
– 10+ years experience in management, with an F&B operation background
– Excellent written, and client-facing communication skills
– Budget-focused mindset
– In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
– Working knowledge of data analysis and KPIs /operation metrics
– Outstanding organizational, time management skills and leadership abilities
– Excellent interpersonal, great communication, and presentation skills
– Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
– Advanced organizational leadership skills
