KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– The F&B General Manager provides strategic leadership to the respective units within the system to maintain client satisfaction and retention
– To grow the business in terms of brand awareness, weekly activations and agreed on commercial targets.
– Develops and integrates staffing programs designed to attract the highest caliber of talents while satisfying the needs of our clients
– Sets comprehensive goals for the performance and growth of the management team at each unit.
– Drives the quality of the overall delivery of the FnB Service to the guests.
– Ensure all program initiatives align with the company’s core values and culture
– Reviews and analyzes financial statements and data and other financial information to ensure published budgets are achieved.
– Monitors operations by planned and unplanned visits to each operating venues.
– Ensures Company’s Policies and SOPs are adhered to across all units
– Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations and implementation of Risk Assessments Procedures.
– Promotes and supports workplace diversity initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
– F&B operating Experience at Snr Mgm level
– Proven experience as Multi-site GM or relevant role
– 10+ years’ experience in management, with F&B operation background
– Excellent written, oral and client-facing communication skills
– Budget-focused mindset
– In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
– Working knowledge of data analysis and KPIs /operation metrics
– Outstanding organizational, time management skills and leadership abilities
– Excellent interpersonal, great communications and presentation skills
– Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
– Advanced organizational leadership skills
– Problem-solving mindset
