Job Description:
- The Executive Chef (Contemporary Asian ) requires a person who possesses not just excellent cooking skills, but also leadership and interpersonal skills.
- This role is pivotal in maintaining a focused and well-trained staff.
- Acting as a liaison between the front and the back of the house.
- Assuring that the kitchen operates in a clean orderly and safe fashion.
- The chef must work closely with the Corporate Head Chef to create a strong culinary repertoire within the culinary philosophy.
- He/she must do all to create and maintain an environment where professionalism, cooperation, and enthusiasm can flourish among the restaurant staff.
Requirements :
- At least 6-8 years experience at Kitchen Management level
- Experience in upscale fine dining restaurant or hospitality groups
- Solid knowledge in Western and Asian cuisine
- A natural creative with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good command in English, Mandarin a plus.
