Job Description:
Sales Plans and Targets
-
Develop and implement approved sales plans/budgets to achieve sales targets for Wellness Retreats business.
Marketing/Business Development
-
Identify target markets, build platforms, channels, and communities to reach out to potential clients.
-
Such channels include and not limited to individual high network clients, corporations (wealth management, banking, insurance, etc.) agents (travel agents, tour operators, etc.), and professional associations, etc.

Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Business Units and marketing and sales teams in marketing, promotion, and PR activities to identify new markets, business opportunity to generate higher business volume
Branding Communication
-
Communicate approved and common brand messages relating to company’s offerings to potential clients.
Clients
-
Attract clients with wellness retreat programs,and collaborate with relevant business units to provide clients with a wellness experience that meet / go beyond their expectations.

Cultivate relationships with clients and provide them with the highest quality of sales services that meet / exceed their expectations.

Obtain and channel clients’ feedback to program teams for program improvement and development and pricing strategy.
Cross-sell
-
Facilitate and achieve cross-selling by identifying clients’ other potential needs and channel them to relevant offerings of other company’s pillars/business units.
Competitors Analysis
-
Actively source and analyze competitors’ sales/promotion efforts and performance
Position Requirements:
-
Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience in relevant markets, i.e. hospitality, wellness, retreats, etc.

Well connected with high net value, corporate, financial institution and professional associations and knows the local market well
