Chinese Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all guests are served as per the brand standard.
- Must ensure that all team members have attained and retained the correct knowledge to perform the duties assigned to them.
- Has full control of a shift and ensures all team members are performing their assigned duties effectively.
- Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all team members have full menu knowledge and are able to communicate effectively.
- Ensure all activities and operations are to Brand and Company standards and procedures.
- Fully understands the kitchen and each section, ingredients, and methods of cooking. Is able to work alongside the kitchen team with confidence.
- Responsible and accountable for ensuring that the entire SBU, including the kitchen, works to the highest standard
Chinese Restaurant Manager Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with a luxury or upmarket restaurant, or brand strongly preferred.
• Hospitality degree, and/or Diploma/Some College or an equivalent combination of education and work-related
• Must have excellent presentation and be extremely guest-focused.
• Must have attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task; follow up and leadership skills are required.
