Chocolate Maker Job Description:
- He/She will be running our chocolate program and create a workflow plan for his daily and future orders.
- Lead the chocolate team and including training and mentorship.
- Responsible for tempering all types of chocolate using several skills to create all types of molded or hand-shaped confections.
- Knowledgeable of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Having extensive knowledge involving the history, flavor, texture, and other properties of chocolate
- Knowledge of how to decorate confections using all types of decorating materials
- A strong illustration of his visual skills.
- Knowledge of pastry and cake decorations.
- Keeps abreast of the latest industry trends and developments and uses
- Assisting in making all high-quality food products for the guests.
- Chefs must have extensive knowledge of the flavor, texture, and other chocolate properties so as to be confident in creating desserts, candies, sculptures, and decorative pieces.
- Decorating knowledge using all types of materials e.g. spray gun, transfer sheets, calligraphy on confections is a must.
