Description:
-Ensure to provide a market leading food offer for all markets in which it operates.
-The food menus will be innovative, exciting for both customers and employees
-Profitable in line with the Company expectations and budgets.
– In charge of recipes creation and development
– Optimize the system and implement the recipes world wide.
– Making sure exact taste is replicated around the world
– Provide training to the chefs
-Wide experience in Thai cuisine preparation in restaurant.
Requirements:
– At least 3 years of experience at Head Chef level
– Previous vegetarian experience is not essential
– Excellent leadership, creative and with positive attitude and and good organisational skills
-Possess Permanent HKID is preferred
