Description:
- Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.
- Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours.
- Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
- Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation.
- Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
- Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.
Requirements:
– The right person should be Dynamic, Friendly and Outgoing
– Have bar experience and be a bit bar crazy.
– Creative cocktail maker- Outstanding Customer service
– Team leader- Marketing and sales experience would be a plus.
– Well-connected in the Shanghai bar scene
– 5 years’ experience, 3 of which in Shanghai in a similar business
– Bilingual people will be given preference.
