Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in high-end fine dining or Michelin-level kitchens, with experience in an executive role.
- A refined approach to the art of cooking, with an extensive knowledge of modern fine dining techniques and global influences.
- A proven track record of leading kitchens with purpose, integrity, and a deep commitment to sustainability.
- Expertise in building seasonal, creative, and harmonious menus that reflect a mindful approach to sourcing, plating, and flavor.
- Strong leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and cultivate a collaborative, respectful kitchen environment.
- A deep understanding of inventory, budget management, and restaurant financials.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
