Our client is expanding their team and is seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Captain to join their dynamic, enthusiastic team at their three-Michelin-starred restaurant. The restaurant offers a meticulously crafted tasting menu that showcases both local and world-class delicacies. Guests can expect an unforgettable gastronomic journey, with the finest ingredients sourced from the region and beyond, all within an elegant, multi-level space in downtown Singapore.

The Successful Candidate Will:

- Additionally, mastered extensive knowledge of the carefully curated food and drink menu to deliver informed recommendations and tailored experiences.
- Moreover, demonstrate excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering world-class service.
