Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their hotel’s front desk, ensuring exceptional service for guests and smooth operations. The ideal candidate will, therefore, have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in managing hotel front-office teams. Additionally, the candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment, demonstrating the ability to maintain efficiency while delivering top-tier guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will manage the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out process for guests.
  • Additionally, supervise and lead front office staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bellmen, ensuring they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.
  • Furthermore, you will train, develop, and motivate front office staff to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Moreover, you will oversee guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • In coordination with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Furthermore, you will monitor and manage guest feedback, ensuring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • You will also handle financial transactions, including billing, payments, and cash management, in compliance with hotel policies.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and room availability.
  • Additionally, you will ensure adherence to hotel policies and safety regulations.
  • Lastly, assist in the development and implementation of front-office procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role, with managerial capacity in a luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
  • Knowledge of local and international hospitality trends and customer expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
