Responsibilities:
- Create and update the wine list in coordination with chefs and the Food and Beverage Manager
- Collaborate with Chefs and the Food and Beverage Manager when making selections
- Create food and wine pairings for the menu
- Recommend wines based on guest’s personal tastes and food choices
- Inform guests about different varieties of wines and prices
- Overseeing the serving and storage of wine and training the waitstaff on the wine selection
- Ensure wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware
- Make sure opened bottles are properly stored to maintain strong taste
- Comply with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Certification as a sommelier or a degree in hospitality is beneficial
- Experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward/Stewardess or similar role
- An understanding of the wine making process
- Familiarity with vineyards’ winemaking processes
- Availability to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
