Learning & Development Manager
Learning & Development Manager Responsibilities:
– Reports to the Group Manager Talent Management
– Responsible for overall training administration, training delivery and coordination
– Anticipate training requirements in the market and work in conjunction with the trainers and brand operations to close gaps through effective training programs
– Monitor all training activities and the coordination of training operations along with the team
– Maintain all training and performance related MIS and improvise on them from time to time
– Ensure that employee career progression and development are aligned using learning plans and create a sustained development curve
-Assist in the organisation’s success, by coaching and developing the people
-Helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge
