About the Role:

An exceptional opportunity for a visionary Executive Chef to take full ownership of the culinary direction and kitchen operations. The position plays a critical role in shaping the restaurant’s identity, elevating its market positioning, and building a strong culinary reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the overall culinary vision, ensuring alignment with the brand’s positioning and guest expectations.
  • Develop innovative, seasonally driven menus that showcase creativity, balance, and premium ingredients.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, consistency, and presentation across all offerings.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and seamless service execution.
  • Drive cost control strategies including food cost optimization, waste reduction, and inventory management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality sourcing and consistency.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Implement structured training programs to continuously elevate team skills and performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management on business strategy, menu pricing, promotions, and concept development.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep the offering relevant and competitive.
  • Introduce new culinary concepts, special events, and signature experiences to enhance guest engagement.
  • Optimize kitchen workflows, systems, and processes to improve productivity and service speed.
  • Maintain strong coordination with front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless and elevated guest journey.
  • Uphold brand standards and contribute to building a strong culinary identity and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in upscale or fine dining environments.
  • Strong creative flair with the ability to design modern, market-relevant menus.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing diverse kitchen teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of food cost control, kitchen operations, and financial performance management.
  • Expertise in international cuisine with the ability to integrate local Vietnamese influences.
  • High level of professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining excellence in execution.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
