About the Role:
A distinguished opportunity for a polished and highly professional Head Waitress to lead front-of-house service in a refined dining environment. This role calls for a confident leader with exceptional poise, strong operational awareness, and a passion for delivering flawless guest experiences. The position plays a key role in setting the tone of service excellence and ensuring every detail reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of front-of-house service to ensure a seamless and elevated dining experience.
- Uphold and consistently deliver refined service standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations.
- Supervise, train, and inspire the service team to achieve excellence in performance and presentation.
- Manage reservations, guest flow, and table arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide personalized and anticipatory service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle guest feedback and special requests with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
- Maintain expert knowledge of menu offerings, including specialty dishes and curated beverage selections.
- Ensure accurate order taking and flawless coordination with the culinary team.
- Monitor service delivery and continuously refine processes to elevate the overall guest experience.
- Enforce impeccable grooming, etiquette, and service standards across the team.
- Support revenue growth through refined upselling and guest engagement techniques.
- Assist in scheduling, shift planning, and performance management of service staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior service role within luxury or fine dining environments.
- Strong understanding of Chinese cuisine and formal dining etiquette is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform with composure and precision in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
