Floor Manager Job Summary:

  • Overall in charge of the FOH operations
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • In charge of staff scheduling, training, and recruitment
  • He/She is able to deliver an excellent standard of customer service.
  • Should have completed basic food hygiene, and supervised/maintain cleanliness & hygiene of the restaurant.

Floor Manager Job Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in fine dining
  • Excellent product knowledge with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to all guests at all times
  • A professional attitude focused on customer satisfaction
  • Will be required to have extensive knowledge of the restaurant’s food and beverage
  • Highly proficient in spoken English
  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
