Server Thai Fine Dining Job Description:

• Ensure all guests are greeted and served with a positive and upbeat attitude.
• Complete understanding of the operation philosophy of each of our restaurants and convey the same to our customers.
• Possess sound knowledge of our products i.e. food and drinks.
• Cater to the needs of our guests by suggestively selling our food and beverage items.
• Accommodate our guests’ time restrictions through timely service and making double- checks.
• Notify managers of specific guest’s needs and requests.
• Make sure that all waiters’ station is properly set up and ready prior to the opening.
• Answer all questions and inquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
• Recommend daily specials or promotions in order to maximize sales.
• Assist the new joiners during the probationary period in regards to menu knowledge and the restaurant’s expectations.
• Perform Quality Checks on guests’ tables.
• Act as a final check on the quality of the food and beverage item before they are serve.
• Check that food and drinks are accurately prepare for our standard recipes and presentation.
• Practice correct cash handling procedures by addressing the register after every transaction.
• Organize the money according to the correct guidelines

Requirements:

• Good general education.
• At least 1 year in a Hotel, Casual or Fine Dining Environment.
• Aware of the Sequence of Fine Dining Service
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Excellent English – written and spoken.
