Bar Director

Bar Director Responsibilities:

– Manage the Bar operations

– Responsible for budget, revenue and cost control

–  Coordinate branding with Marketing dept

– Generate annual plan for the Bar

– Act as host of the Bar area and maintain good guest relationships

Requirements:

– With international bar management experience for at least 2 years

– Excellent leadership with clear communication skills must be evident, with a demonstrated ability to manage, develop, inspire and motivate team members

– Team player and is willing to respect to people with humble attitude

– With business and sales sense to quickly reacting with market change
