Human Resource Executive Role:

To support all-rounded HR operations in Hong Kong included but not limited to payroll, HRIS and benefits administrations, tax reporting, staff onboarding and exit arrangement, recruitment, learning and development programs, staff engagement activities.

Human Resource Executive Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Operations tasks including but not limited to staff movement process, insurance & MPF enrolment, staff inquiries, benefits administration and tax reporting
  • Monitor work injury cases and manage with parties of insurance company, broker and loss adjustor
  • Maintain staff records, personal files and leave records and assist in work visa applications
  • Provide advice on enquiries on various staff cases from operation units
  • Compile manpower status or related reports
  • Support Accounting Manager – Co-ordinate invoices and purchase orders
  • Ensure the smooth running of the Management Office.
  • Ensure all mail received into Management Offices, is responded to in a timely manner.
  • To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Regional Managing Director and Regional General Manager

Human Resource Executive Requirements

  • At least 5 year’s solid hands-on HR Generalist experience from multinational/sizeable company with handling payroll and HRIS experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Strong problem solver with good communication & presentation skills in written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Sound knowledge in HR practices, Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related governance statutory ordinances (e.g. MPF, IRD, PDPO, etc.)
  • Mature, Multi-tasking with effective time management to meet deadlines, organized with excellent analytical skills and greater flexibility
  • Strong PC skills (especially in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Office 365) is a MUST
  • Inquisitive with the aim to provide an efficient HR administration service and have confidence in providing suggestions for improvements
