About the Role:

The Mixologist is responsible for creating and delivering a world-class beverage experience, combining technical expertise with creativity and guest engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of mixology techniques, flavor profiling, and presentation, along with the ability to operate efficiently in a high-energy, upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, develop, and continuously refine signature cocktail menus aligned with seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Execute beverage preparation with precision, consistency, and exceptional presentation standards.
• Deliver a highly engaging and personalized guest experience, building rapport and anticipating preferences.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of spirits, infusions, flavor pairing, and modern mixology techniques.
• Maintain full operational readiness of the bar, including mise en place, stocking, and equipment functionality.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service flow during high-volume periods without compromising quality.
• Monitor, manage, and control inventory levels, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste minimization.
• Implement cost-control measures while maintaining premium product standards.
• Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Train, mentor, and support junior bar staff to ensure consistency in service and product delivery.
• Collaborate with management on beverage innovation, promotions, and special event concepts.
• Analyze guest preferences and sales trends to recommend enhancements to the beverage program.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all ingredients, including fresh produce and house-made elements.
• Maintain bar aesthetics, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace at all times.
• Support VIP service and exclusive events with tailored beverage offerings and elevated presentation.
• Stay informed on global mixology trends, techniques, and industry developments.
• Contribute to creating a positive, high-performance team environment focused on excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar, lounge, or hospitality venue.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Creative mindset with a passion for beverage innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of international beverage trends is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
