Description:
Responsible for day to day operations, training of all floor staff with essential skills, guest relations, wine suggestions, promotions within the restaurant, and maintaining and updating guest and reservations systems.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in a managerial position in fine dining restaurants
– Hands- on experience in managing staff from different cultures
– Fluent in English skills (written and oral)
