Strong ability with over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, a talented and innovative pastry chef, I built my name in the culinary scene, specializing in pastry, bakery making, and with a forte on chocolate craftmanship. I started my career as an apprentice in Michelin star restaurants, worked in brasserie, fine dining, hotels, resorts and pastry shops ranging from high end to medium and high-volume types.

With passion, hard work, creativity, strong keen sense on details, team building, high standards, and innovation as my main goals and targets, I am yearning for more experiences to further enhance my craft. I had the opportunity to be involved in many openings and I would love to get the chance to get back on this path.
