Spa Director
The Centre is being positioned as a high-end health and beauty centre exclusively for women.
Spa Director Responsibilities:
- Oversees the day to day operations of the Spa/Salon/Health club
- Adheres to monthly purchasing budgets for all departments and implements systems for budgetary control
- Responsible for motivating her team to ensure the highest possible standards of service
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- Responds to any and all guest’s issues quickly and effectively
- Develops and implements budget and forecasting data.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in similar field
- Desire to provide phenomenal experiences to guests across all areas of Dessange
- Indepth understanding of spa management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsBe assertive, quick thinking
- Able to adapt to flexible work patterns
- With solid experience in preparing and implement marketing plans
- Strong in preparing budget and forecast / financial data
