Coaching is critical in making customization and transformation.
To build coaches community internally and train the coaches becoming the hub of wellness coaching.
The Master coach shall cover the following roles and responsibilities:
- Source coaches and develop them on training philosophy
- Train the coaches
- Identify customer needs
- Touch base C-suits level customers
- Know companies’ offerings
- Develop coaching program
Requirements:
Work Experience (and Years Required)
– At least 20+ years coach experience and has management skills
Qualifications
– Certified coach or counsellor
– Coaching individuals and teams
– Have unique areas of expertise, either lies in wellness, health care, leadership, executive or family
– Good at strategic planning, change management, team and individual development
– Have the knowledge of how the body/brain function as a basement to evolve
– Have high self-awareness, open, accepting
– Have humility and compassion and Have some form of on-going mindfulness/spiritual practice
– Perceptive and able to connect with others at a deeper level
– Education in psychology, HR/OD, counselling and/or therapy; etc.
– Experienced in coaching, counselling, OD, Leadership Development, therapy, and/or helping profession.
– Physically fit for his/her age; good living habits
– Strong business acumen
Other Requirements
– Know the China local market and can manage various nationality coaches
– Have good health condition, good mental status and harmonious relationships, pursuing the raise of consciousness level
– Should have a belief that growth should not be limited to just one field or through certain pathway
– Experiencing the life with consciousness through his/her multiple roles in daily life. Such as seeing their advantages and weakness fairly. Having an adjusted role in relationships, knowing how vital receiving and participating in evolving one’s life
– A bilingual Chinese, strong in English, subscribe to concepts of Quantum Leadership life style, able to work local and international markets, intuitive, and a psychotherapist
