MARKETING MANAGER

It is a multinational interior design and retail company. They are looking for a Marketing Manager for their expansion in China.

MARKETING MANAGER DUTIES:

In Marketing manager role, you will contribute the following:

• Develop brand & go-to-market strategy in China
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments
• To have a clear helicopter view and align the Marketing programs at different stages
• Ensure brand’s DNA and story is consistently messaged across all channels
• Collaborate with internal partners and department heads to align Marketing programs with company strategy and goals
• Set up marketing input and output goals, design and track marketing metric
• Analyze and utilize data to assess progress and allocate resources where needed
• Advocate consumer insights in the organization and integrate such learnings into business planning/ driving decisions
• Lead Digital marketing including but not limited to SEO, SEM, eDM, social media, content marketing, digital analytics, KOL marketing etc

Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive experience within Marketing or commercial roles across various channels including, but not limited to Brand Marketing, Retail, Digital, Events
• Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and deal with ongoing change and ambiguity
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, as well as stakeholder expectations
• Strong accountability & have the courage to take bold decisions when required
• Agile & promote learning
