Japanese Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining Restaurant
Japanese Restaurant Manager – Responsibilities
· Japanese Restaurant Manager Manages Front of House.
. Handle all related guest service activities.
· Work closely with the Executive Chef & kitchen team.
· Oversee marketing activities (promotional events, discount schemes).
· Prepare reports on staff control, food control and sales.
· Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
· Monitor stock levels, order supplies and prepares cash drawers and petty cash.
· Submit monthly roster and all relevant documents to the HR Department.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a field related or the equivalent in terms of industry experience.
– Minimum 7 years of experience in management positions.
– Experience in Japanese restaurants preferred.
– Knowledge of Hong Kong F&B practices.
– Able to manage in a diverse environment.
– Strong knowledge of Japanese culture and food.
– Native or Fluent in Japanese and English (MUST).
– Able to work at nights, weekends, and holidays.
