Role Summary:
Human Resources Officer responsible for all HR activities such as recruitment and employee relations, performance evaluation.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create hiring plans for front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house staff
- Promote open roles using online and print job ads
- Screen, interview and evaluate candidates
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts
- Oversee employee attendance and working schedules including breaks
- Schedule onboarding sessions and make sure part-time & full-time worker is welcome
- Ensure our restaurant staff complies with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
Skills & Personality For Human Resources Officer
- Flexible and can cope with managing part time & full-time workers
- Detail-minded, sensitive to needs of both the restaurant and employees
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Candidate with Excel knowledge is a MUST.
- Experience working in F&B Industry is complimentary
