Description:
- Develop and create unique, results based, innovative programs by way of establishing the living zone as the point of reference within the market
- Developing alliances and partnerships to identify globally recognized and established wellness programs and therapeutic approaches in Shanghai.
- Driving the sales & marketing and promotion of wellness outreach programs, events, training courses, program offerings, etc. to the targeted audience; and
- Establishing operational support framework and administering the corresponding resources to ensure consistent quality and delivery of offerings.
Requirements:
Work Experience (and Years Required)
– 5-10 years of progressive responsibility and demonstrated impact in wellness/well being work and counseling center administration
Qualifications
– Relevant Degree in – mental health / psychology / social work & sociology
– Professional license / certification in psychiatry, clinical psychology, social work or related field
– Credentials to supervise training of therapist would be an advantage
Other Requirements
– The jobholder shall have the entrepreneur mindset and or experience
– Chinese (Mandarin: written, spoken and conversant in terminology relevant to a therapeutic environment): must
– English (spoken and written) necessary, but not necessarily fluent
