Description:
The jobholder of this Head of Resourcing role will be an integral member of a small resourcing team, who will drive decision-making by partnering with external international/domestic resources on programs sourcing, developing and managing a community of high caliber practitioners of wellness/well being.
Furthermore, this individual will be the team leader responsible for designing, scaling and professionalizing how the Company deploy the wellness programs for our client across mind, body and spiritual aspects.
Requirements:
– At least 6 years of sourcing experience or resource of integration in wellness industry
Qualifications
– Must be mature, perceptive, personable, collaborative and have strong relationship building skills to build credibility with internal stakeholders and senior leadership
– Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
Must have strong communication and organizational skills
– Bilingual in English and Mandarin
