Job Summary (工作簡介)
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including providing staff training, monitoring operating budget control and being responsible for administration
負責廚房整體日常運作,包括:提供員工培訓、監察營運開支及行政工作

• Establish and execute food concept, change and enhance food service through analyzing culinary trends and working on food preparation and presentation
建立及執行飲食概念,透過分析餐飲市場走勢及製作食物和擺設,從而改善及提升食物質素

• Ensure and maintain hygiene standards
確保及維持衛生情況達到標準

• Achieve excellence for food production by training team members for continuous product enhancemen
培訓員工以維持卓越食品質素

Requirements (技能要求)
• At least 6-8 years’ relevant experience in similar position in a reputable hotels or upscale chain restaurants
至少6-8年或於酒店或高級飲食集團類同職位的相關工作經驗

• Strong knowledge in menu planning, food cost control and food safety standard
鞏固知識於餐牌設計、食物成本控制及食物安全標準

• Creative with excellent leadership and communication skills
具備創意及擁有優秀領導才能及溝通技巧
