Job Summary

  • Work closely with Executive Sous Chef & Sous Chef for food preparation according to Chef’s specification and recipes
  • Assist Sous Chef in food requisition and ensure sufficient stock but no wastage
  • Receive food checks, event orders and prepare them as required
  • Clean and maintain working place, store equipment and utensils
  • Re-organize refrigerators, re-stock items up to par and re-organize section for next meal period


  • 3-5 years working experience in kitchen
  • Vocational training of professional cooking in Western cuisine
  • Good communication skill and be able to communicate effectively with diverse workforce
  • Good common sense for making daily on-the-job decisions
