Job Summary
- Work closely with Executive Sous Chef & Sous Chef for food preparation according to Chef’s specification and recipes
- Assist Sous Chef in food requisition and ensure sufficient stock but no wastage
- Receive food checks, event orders and prepare them as required
- Clean and maintain working place, store equipment and utensils
- Re-organize refrigerators, re-stock items up to par and re-organize section for next meal period
Requirements
- 3-5 years working experience in kitchen
- Vocational training of professional cooking in Western cuisine
- Good communication skill and be able to communicate effectively with diverse workforce
- Good common sense for making daily on-the-job decisions
