Deputy Store Manager
Deputy Store Manager Duties:
- Dealing with local Saudi suppliers
- Perform strict quality control
- Maintain smooth operations of delivery organizations and systems
- Welcoming customers, answering their questions, and providing advice or recommendations.
- Monitoring all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items, such as alcohol or cigarettes.
- Maintaining a clean workspace.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or above.
- At least 5 years of store management experience.
- Familiar with dealing with local Saudi suppliers.
- High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
- Experienced with delivery organizations and systems, must understand how to get takeaway orders right.
- Ability to work with team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
- Attention to detail.
- Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
